Oxtec Developments Celebrates Innovation at the Cherwell Business Awards
Oxtec Developments is proud to announce Greencore Homes as the winner of the Innovation Award at the Cherwell Business Awards 2026. The prestigious event took place at The Chesterton Hotel in Bicester on Friday 18th September, celebrating outstanding achievements across the Cherwell business community.
The Innovation Award, sponsored by Oxtec Developments, recognises businesses demonstrating creativity, innovation and forward-thinking approaches within their sectors.
The three finalists selected by Oxtec Developments were:
- Fitness Genes
- Greencore Homes
- Oxtaris
Tom Vecchione, Director of Benedicts Surveyors, representing Oxtec Developments, presented the award to Greencore Homes on the evening.
Greencore Homes is an Oxfordshire-based housebuilder creating high-performance, low-carbon homes that are better for people and the planet. From its Bicester manufacturing facility, the company uses an innovative closed-panel timber frame system, built from natural materials, alongside energy-efficient design and low-carbon technologies. Its homes are designed to reduce both embodied carbon and household energy use while providing comfortable, healthy places to live. The company works with landowners, local authorities, housing associations and institutional partners to deliver communities across Oxfordshire and beyond.
